Licensing & Ownership

When you become a Nashcore AI client, we design, build, host, and maintain a website for your business. That website is our intellectual property. What your subscription pays for is an ongoing license to use that website as your business’s web presence.

Think of it similarly to how commercial software licensing works: you pay for access to use something we own, and that access continues as long as your subscription is active.

This is important to understand before you start. Your website is not something you own outright at $249.99/month. It is something you license. If you want to own it outright, there is a buyout option (see Section 7).

What $249.99/month Includes

Your monthly plan covers the following, in full, at no additional cost:

• A professionally designed website tailored to your business
• Not limited to a static build — complexity is based on what you need
• Navigation bar, company description, brand overview, and contact information
• A contact form for customer inquiries and lead capture
• Hosting — your site stays live for as long as your subscription is active
• Domain management — we source and present you with domain options to choose from
• Ongoing maintenance — security, performance, and updates handled by us
• Continuous improvements over time as your business evolves
• Our team of experts available to you directly
• Initial build delivered in as fast as 24 hours
• No technical setup required from you — we handle everything
• Mobile-responsive, fast-loading design

What Is Not Included (Requires Separate Quote)

The following fall outside the scope of the $249.99/month plan and require a custom quote if needed:

• E-commerce or online stores
• Customer portals or user login systems
• Database integrations
• Extensive backend or server-side development
• Highly complex builds requiring significant custom development time
• Any build where scope and time significantly exceeds a standard business website

Edit Request Policy

Edit requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. When you request a change, we assess what’s involved and communicate whether it falls within your monthly plan or requires additional scoping.

Simple updates are covered. This includes:

• Text and copy changes
• Photo or image updates
• Contact information changes (phone, address, email, hours)
• Minor layout adjustments

Larger changes may require additional scoping. This includes new pages, significant layout redesigns, new functionality, or any change that requires substantial development time. When this is the case, we will:

• Tell you clearly what’s involved and why it’s outside the standard plan
• Provide an estimate before any work begins
• Get your approval before we do anything or charge anything

Payment & Grace Period Policy

Nashcore AI owns the website at all times. Your $249.99/month licenses you the use of that website while your subscription is active.

• Payment is due on your recurring billing date every month
• If payment is not received on your billing date, you have a 7-day grace period to resolve it
• During those 7 days, the client must reach out to us directly to communicate the situation — we do not chase payments
• If we do not hear from the client within 7 days and payment has not been received, Nashcore AI makes the final decision on whether the website stays live or comes down
• If the website is taken down due to non-payment, reactivation requires payment of the outstanding balance before anything goes live again

We understand that things come up. The 7-day grace period exists specifically to give you time to communicate with us. Communication is the key — if you reach out, we will work with you.

To cancel your subscription, reach out to us before your next billing date. There are no cancellation fees.

Domain Policy

Domain management is included in your $249.99/month plan. Here’s exactly how it works:

• We source and purchase your domain. We present you with a curated set of options to choose from that fit your business name and brand.
• The domain is yours to keep. Once selected and registered, the domain belongs to you — regardless of your subscription status. If you cancel, you keep your domain.
• Certain premium domains may carry higher registration costs. We will always present options across a range of price points and get your agreement before any purchase.

Buyout Option

If at any point you would like to purchase the website outright and obtain full ownership, that option is available.

How it works:

• Buyout pricing is negotiated on a case-by-case basis
• Pricing depends on: complexity of the site, time invested in building and maintaining it, and current value
• Upon full payment of the agreed buyout price, full ownership of the website transfers to you
• The codebase (all files, code, and assets we created) transfers to you upon buyout
• Domain ownership is already yours per our domain policy — this is not affected by buyout

If you’re interested in a buyout, simply reach out and we’ll discuss it. There’s no pressure, and having the conversation doesn’t commit you to anything.
